Add example startup scripts

Our production instance does not bring up RDM automatically on reboot. It would be highly desirable to have example systemd style start up instructions documented.

1. Document how to configure RDM to auto start on reboot
2. Include example systemd scripts for bringing everything up appropriately under the right user account

Also helpful would be an automated shutdown process that wouldn't require manual intervention before running sudo reboot or a system failure.
