Description
I guess it's dot_layout which tags nodes with their states, or with the associated rates where there is no state.
It might be good to allow people to control the name where there is no state (maybe with an optional command to inflow or outflow?). This would presumably also allow deciding whether to direct all deaths to the same place, for example.
I'm a bit worried about spending too much time on this, since I don't think it will ever be a good tool, and Steve is I think working on good tools... but it seems potentially very convenient.
