CLI skill should potentially ignore passthrough commands

I took the skill for a spin on the k8s-snap CLI with Sonnet 4.6.
There were to big surprises but the skill found a few notable improvements (full report attached).

A suggestion to your skill would be to potentially ignore pass-through commands. The skill currently flags our k8s kubectl command rightfully as being a noun and suggests to change that.

Hi Benjamin, thanks for reporting this!
I am not sure I would trust the skill to detect "pass-through" commands reliably. Would you be open to specifying them in the knowledge-base/CLI.md? I could then just add some instructions to use that explicit definition and ignore all commands matching the path defined there...

Hey Hartmut,
I think the model should be able to detect those reliable, e.g. through new process creation or by detecting the usage of --.

But it would also work for us to add this to the knowledge-base/CLI.md. This is a project specific file generated by the skill, right?
