Self-mon relations missing in COS Lite

Guillaume Beuzeboc aksed about how to monitor COS Lite itself, I pointed him at self-monitoring and cos-alerter
Some self-monitoring integrations seem to be missing, such as: Traefik self-monitoring integrations (grafana and logs). We need to fix this in the COS Lite TF module.
