Add common command aliases: `ls`, `sh`, `rm`, `ok`

There are a number of common aliases that could be applied:
- `ls` for `list`
- `sh` for `shell`
- `rm` for `remove`
- `ok` for `okay` ;)
- …

I don't think there's any chance for these being ambiguous in the future?
