Unable to scan Switchbot Bot device from Windows 11

I'm unable to scan Switchbot Bot device from Windows 11. Tried scanning from two fairly new laptops, and SwitchBotScanner(bot_count=1) returns nothing. The Bot works fine, and accessible from SwitchBot app on Android smartphone. Was this library tested on any Windows system? Does it require some special config ?

FWIW: I ran into same issues on my Windows 11 machine, but my machine can connect/control the bot if I just create the device object directly with the MAC address specified.

@mschafer-syk I'm glad you were able to find a solution (at least in your situation)! Are you willing to make a PR to update/add a doc in the docs folder with a "Troubleshooting" section to help other Windows users in the future?
