Hacked BIND and DHCPD support

We have "hacked in" a support for newly designed ISC site into the develop branch. See 8369bde for details.

It's a lousy shortcut. This probably wont get merged into the master, but you never know.

For the release 2.0 we'll probably introduce dual HTML parsing - along with existing regexp parsing there will also be some kind of DOM structure parser to better handle situations like this.
