[REQ] Align streak cutoff time with due date

Problem or use case

I have a daily task that I do before bed, that I want to track with choreops. I set the due date and time in a way that allows me to finish the task until 4 AM. The streaks however dont work this way, which is why I lose progress on my streak-goal-achievements when completing the task after midnight.

Proposed solution

Enable streak-tracking to be oriented around due date / set time for chore.

Expected outcome

I would not lose my streak when completing my daily task after midnight.

From what I can tell here, the issue you have is specifically using an achievement for your streak tracking and rewards. Achievements currently use an older and simpler method for calculating streaks which don't support your scenario very well. In the future, the intent is to rework Achievements and leverage some of the more complex capabilities that have been built in badges.

In the meantime, you might try creating a periodic badge to track streak_all_chores and then select the one or multiple chores you want to track a streak for. I think this will work for you, but let me know when you have time.
