In addition to having a GitHub App (#29), we could use PythonAnywhere. Check out if it could be worth it. If so, migrate from Azure.

This is not an alternative to #29

GitHub App is not an application platform. It's just an API that allows your robot to interact with GitHub as an application ,instead of a robot account/personal user.

Github Apps need to be hosted somewhere on our/your server.

I now see that Vercel has Python https://vercel.com/docs/functions/runtimes/python

There is also limited support for Python in CloudFlare https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/languages/python/

Vercel and CloudFlare pages are kind of a mix of GitHUb pages and AWS Lambda.

They nice part is that you just commit to a Git branch and the deployment is automatic.
