Overview

We need to review/move issues in the CTS transfer repository so that we can start to organize the work to be done at Civic Tech Structure into logical groupings

Action Items

• Unhide E column in spreadsheet
• Review each issue, annotating additional details in sheet
• Create any necessary repos
• Move the files
• Delete the repository
