basketball.handicap (Primary market) no longer returned by Sports API — possible regression

Summary

basketball.handicap is documented in markets.json as a Primary market, and the OpenAPI spec lists it as a valid markets parameter. However, it's no longer returned by the public Sports API for any basketball event I've tested.

Steps to reproduce

1. Competition endpoint with explicit market filter:
GET /pub/v2/odds/competitions/basketball-italy-serie-a?markets=basketball.handicap

Returns events with markets: {} — handicap absent for every event.

Same result for: basketball-usa-nba, basketball-spain-liga-acb, basketball-greece-a1, basketball-germany-bbl, basketball-france-pro-b, basketball-japan-b-league, basketball-turkey-super-lig-women, etc.

2. Single-event endpoint:
GET /pub/v2/odds/events/34166298

Returns 13 markets including basketball.1x2, basketball.2nd_half_handicap, basketball.handicap_period_2h_incl_ot, but no basketball.handicap (fullgame spread).

3. Direct lines lookup (using the exact format from the spec):
POST /pub/v2/odds/lines
Body: {"eventId":"34178903","marketUrl":"basketball.handicap/home?handicap=-16.5"}

Response: {"status":"MALFORMED_REQUEST","error":"requested path not found"}

Tried multiple handicap values (-5, -10, -15, -16, -16.5, -17) — all return 404.

Expected vs actual

• Expected: basketball.handicap returns the fullgame spread market (the same "Spread" shown on cloudbet.com UI for these events).
• Actual: Empty markets / 404, even though the same events display Spread markets in the web UI (e.g. https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sports/basketball/turkey-super-lig-women/34178903 shows -16.5 spread but the API returns nothing).

Other observations

• basketball.moneyline (also Primary in the spec) is missing for most competitions, present for a few (e.g. Turkey Super Lig Women).
• basketball.total (fullgame total) is also absent everywhere.
• Half-period markets (basketball.2nd_half_handicap, basketball.handicap_period_2h_incl_ot) work fine.
• handball.winner shows the same pattern — documented but rarely returns enabled selections; handball.match_odds works instead.

Question

1. Have fullgame basketball.handicap / basketball.moneyline / basketball.total been moved to a different access tier or endpoint?
2. If they're being deprecated in favor of basketball.1x2, what's the recommended replacement for fullgame spread / total?
3. Or is this an unintended regression?

I'd like to know if you're working on fixing these API problems or if it's unsolvable: many moneyline, handicap, and full game total markets aren't working in major sports.
