For me personally projects should function as a gateway into a new project, rather than opening existing. I think so because I dont find any reason to close opened project and hence keep a config that opens just that.
What would be awesome is to have a mix between quick actions and projects, where you would input a value and then project will be set up.
Possible use case:
I enter value of new project
herdr-plus mkdirs this value in my projects directory, cd's here (maybe even sets working_dir to be it) and all the panes follow that.
Especially useful considering how opencode sessions are tied to the cwd they are spawned in.
