Include assembly documentation

Create a section that discusses the assembly of the case with images

• create scad 3 d drawing, print, draw by hand numbers on the walls and parts
• take pictures of the parts and place them on github. The caption includes the part number. Make sure the orientation of the parts are clear. Possibly take a picture form above with all parts laid out nicely.
• Include the image in the paper and provide minimal but accurate assambly instruction =s where needed.
