Properly update develop krew manifest during release

The Krew manifest in the [develop branch](https://github.com/cloudogu/kubectl-ces-plugin/blob/develop/deploy/krew/plugin.yaml#L13) still keep insisting on version 0.1.0 and old SHA256 sums.

Please fix.
