📝 Description

The platform must support writing artifact data (RPMs and OCI images) to a standard local file system. Additionally, the platform should ideally support S3-compatible object storage to allow for future scalability, high availability, and decoupled storage architectures.

🧪 Evaluation / Acceptance Criteria

• (Must Have): Pulp documentation confirms support for local file system storage.
• (Must Have): Successfully configure the PoC environment to store and retrieve packages using a local volume/directory.
• (Should Have): Pulp documentation confirms native support for S3-compatible object storage (e.g., AWS S3, MinIO, Ceph).
• (Should Have): Successfully configure the PoC environment to store and retrieve packages using an S3 bucket.
