crushtool and radosgw-admin tools may not be available on all client clusters

We noticed that sometime the crushmap is not successfully parsed. Some rgw-admin-* data are also empty.

Could you please provide more details? What do you mean the crushmap is not parsed? Is a crashmap file in collected data empty or doesn't an analyzing tool like fsa or cds parse the result? Is there any error? If it is the first case then have you checked the collecting log (a file with the same name but ".log" suffix)?

It is known that rgw-admin-* may fail due to timeout caused by large buckets (a lot of data). Could you check the log for timeout error? The collect tool has an option to increase the timeout (which is 10 sec by default). If you are able to provide some stats, how much it takes to run rgw-admin-* commands on problematic clusters to get the result we may set a separate timeout (with large default) for rgw-admin-* commands.
