Need to update trigger names in association makers #17
Description
Trigger names in mu/elToTrigAssMaker are not updated:

https://github.com/cmstas/NtupleMaker/blob/master/python/elToTrigAssMaker_cfi.py
These makers embed into the lepton the information about passing specific triggers (or trigger legs).
Needs to be done before the new MC campaign (or before data anyway)
