The quotebot should implement reactions for the following things:
/quote #<id> will return quote having id <id>./quote <name> will return a quote made by <name> ./quote rnd|Math.random()|random will return a random quote./quote search <term> will return a random quote containing term.
Messages to a user only can be send via 'response_type = ephemeral'. In ordner to send message to the channel use 'response_type = in_channel'.
