- add sigil (golden goose on bendy sinister black and red), status `extinct`, region `crownlands` - leave `seat` and `words` blank; neither is recorded for the house - list Ser Arryk, Ser Erryk, and Ser Clarence under `notable-members` - write two-paragraph body covering the Cargyll twins of the Kingsguard and the line's last sighting at Ashford Meadow in 209 AC
- add `extinct` date (`298 AC`, era precision) per the AWOIAF "Died out 209 to 298 AC" window - fold the Ser Duncan the Tall sighting at Ashford into the `notable-members` note and the prose body - close the body with the goose set among the crownlands extinct houses beside Darklyn and Hollard
