Evaluate and integrate a maintained, audited Signal Protocol library for the browser (e.g. libsignal-derived WASM bindings) behind the session interface from #180. Document the choice, audit status, and bundle-size impact. No hand-rolled ratchet.

Acceptance criteria:

• A vetted library integrated behind the existing session interface
• Choice + audit status documented
• Phase-1 sealed-box path cleanly swappable
