Python can be portable without installation.

Go application can be compiled into a single binary which can then be used as a "portable" executable. However, you'll have to download and install go first before compiling this project into a single executable.

I cann't compile go files, there is fatal errors in hooks.c when I trying to compile webtox server.
This need go-tox, go-httpserve and go-sqlite3. All of this is installed, and pathways for tox.h was been renamed. But I have an FATAL errors after trying to do compilation.

Can you do compilation of this yourself to portable_.exe and give me the link on this, please?
