Load more Button

Is ist possible to implement a load more Button? (maybe in the extendsion as a feature)
e.g. loading 3 items on first load and when you click the load more button another 3 items appear and so on.
I saw some solutions but i don't know how to expand the JS successfully-

If there is anyone willing to sponsor this feature then yes. However you have to note that loading records via AJAX won't be possible, so lazy loading would be only a visual add-on here with rather no impact on performance.
