Docs: Refresh README screenshots using full-page website captures #267

Description

@jagdish-15

The screenshots in the README no longer reflect the current state of the project. Since several UI improvements have been merged recently, the existing images have become outdated.

Instead of replacing them with standard cropped screenshots, let's use a full-page capture tool such as https://gofullpage.com/ to generate cleaner, high-quality previews of the application.

Proposed Solution

  • Capture updated full-page screenshots of the application using the GoFullPage browser extension (or an equivalent tool).
  • Replace the existing README screenshots with the new images.
  • Keep the image quality consistent and ensure the screenshots are taken at a desktop viewport.
  • Update any image references or filenames in the README if required.

Affected Files

  • README.md
  • assets/ (screenshots)
