add tikz support for questions

Currently, each question can have only one image and solutions cannot have images. The client has requested for multiple images to be associated with both questions and solutions.

They have also expressed that they would rather simply be able to type in tikz and the image be generated instead of needing to upload an image. Thus, the models need to be changed to allow questions and solutions to be associated with multiple images.

To integrate tikz code, using erika's implementation, my idea is that upon creation of a question, generate the svg from tikz and save it as an image in the backend, then in the quiz, it only needs to render an svg not to generate one on the fly
