Store jira base url in cookie

Each time I go to the page I have to enter this information again.

Would be great if it kept the last base url that was entered.

Bonus features:

1. Let me remove he base url if I'm working with a different Jira instance.
2. I should only have to enter the subdomain part of my orgs instance and not the full path.
