input parameter？

I use a jpg file and a order of moment as input. However, the invariants array is not that I expect. So do I need to use png,ppm or other type file as input?

I just saved the code to github and started adapting the build process for my needs because I planed to use it on a vision project. However currently I had different priorities so I actually didn't used the code until now. I fear I can't help you until I find the time to come back to this project.
