make 'full list of available URLs to add' optional feature

For an intranet site, allowing users to add internal URLs from a set list would be helpful.

It might be nice to keep the same format as DaKT_menuData, so that users can add individual URLs but also any size chunk of the provided hierarchy that they wish.
