[BUG] Assistant responds in Spanish intermittently

Bug Description

The assistant sometimes responds in Spanish, even when the user is using English as a language.

To Reproduce

1. Steps to reproduce the behavior:
2. Interact with the assistant in English.
3. Perform normal usage (e.g., ask questions, ingest documents, or query the agent).
4. Observe that some responses are returned in Spanish instead of English.

Expected Behavior

The assistant should consistently respond in English, unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

Actual Behavior

Some responses are generated in Spanish without the user requesting a language change.
