Show and Manage Pinned packages

• Include pinned-and-outdated packages in the Outdated Packages drop down
• Highlight the pinned packages with a pinned icon
• (Continue to ignore pinned packages during update)
• Add extra submenu on each outdated package to allow for immediate update or pinning/unpinning
