VERA Programmers' Reference memory map numbers in parenthesis not explained #96

Description

@zomgugoff

It may be more obvious to some, but for beginners, some explanation as to what the numbers in parenthesis are indicating.

Example: In the External Address Space table, the bits for register 0 are labeled as "Address (7:0)", and the next register's bits are labeled "Address (15:8)".

What is 0:7 and 15:8 indicating? That should probably be explained.
