Add branch protection policies and configs to conforma #408

As a ProdSec Engineer, I want to understand the configuration state of the repositories that contain code for RH products, so that I can ensure they follow the defined policies.
Acceptance Criteria:
Definition of Done (please identify when not applicable):
- Initial usage documentation have been created
- The feature has been shown and demonstrated being used successfully in the requested environment
- Proper testing has been completed, such as: Unit, integration tests, regression and end to end tests, testing with GitHub actions
- The code has automated tests and has been reviewed for introducing bugs or vulnerability
- Does this intentionally introduce technical debt? If so, was a risk created and associated with the story (before submitting a PR)?
