I have selected my experimental groups using the Threshold for string distance, and it works fine, but when I send the data to the PolyStest website, I can see in the Data details that the grouping is not right. Using the Replicates are grouped option changes the grouping, but neither option is the right one.
I have attached a capture of the groups in each website. The difference in the names is that one group contains the word "wet", which the string threshold is able to capture.
