Receipt Image v3 missing endpoints

The Receipt Image v3 documentation states:

You can retrieve existing images by Report ID, Image ID, Entry ID, or Request ID, and upload new images to a User, Expense Entry, Expense Report, or Payment Request.

However the documentation only lists out CRUD endpoints for the receipt images. What is the endpoint for attaching a receipt image to an expense entry?
