Create Homebrew tap for macOS menu bar apps

Summary

7 Swift macOS menu bar apps have no distribution mechanism beyond swift build. A Homebrew tap would make installation trivial.

Plan

1. Create corvid-agent/homebrew-tap repo
2. Add cask formulas for each app
3. Set up GitHub Actions to build universal binaries (arm64 + x86_64) on release tags
4. Optionally create .dmg installers with create-dmg
