Seed repos with good-first-issue labels for contributors #9

Summary
Not a single repo in the corvid-agent org has any open issues. This makes it impossible for potential contributors to find work. Each repo should have 2-3 approachable issues labeled good first issue.

- Add keyboard shortcuts
- Improve mobile responsiveness
- Add dark/light theme toggle
- Add localStorage settings persistence
Angular apps
- Add loading skeleton components
- Add error boundary components
- Expand unit test coverage for a specific service
