[Bug]: Corrupted Video when app crashes.

Bug Description

The app closed/crashed unexpectedly and the recorded video is unplayable in VLC, Blender Video Editor, and not repairable with ffmpeg.

ffmpeg states:
"moov atom not found. Error opening input: Invalid data found when processing input"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Recording
2. Camera App Crashes
3. Video File is not playable or recoverable

Expected Behavior

App crashes happen, but the video file should still be salvageable and the process should be documented so that when it happens to other people, they can fix the video.

Did you intentionally crash the Camera app to test what happens with an ongoing video recording or did the Camera app crashed on its own when the video recording was started?

Can you start the Camera app from the terminal by running:
flatpak run io.github.cosmic_utils.camera
and then share the terminal output after the app crashed?

Can you share the bug report export from the Camera app Settings page? There is a bug report button at the bottom that generates the report file.

All of this would help me understand what might cause the app crashes on your system so I could work on a potential fix.

@FreddyFunk I have the same problem. Insane CPU usage, app ends up crashing, and video output corrupted. I Have this problem with the logitech HD Pro C920. I've tried using the Software x264 encoder but doesn't seem to solve the problem.

I am on the latest release 0.3.4-7448040 or at least I think so.
