Rotating an app can cause replication to stop

Intermittant, does not happen everytime

• Steps to reproduce
• Android Nexus 5X, using 1.3.1-47, SQLite
  Scenario
• Share a list with an Android
• While rotating the Android device, add tasks to the shared list from other clients
• Stop rotating and make sure the device gets the tasks

Expected: Device would get tasks
Actual: Replication stopped and no tasks show up
