Show all solutions after completion

Hi Chris,

would it be possible to (optionally) show all questions and solutions on the results page?

Such an overview could highlight unclicked correct answers in red, clicked wrong answers in red, and all other correct answers in green.

I fiddled around a little but couldn't figure out how to implement an overview over all answers myself.

In fact, just showing all questions and answers including the (disabled) chosen checkboxes plus an indicator whether the questions was answered correctly or not would be ideal.

The nice thing would be, that the user could just answer all questions without looking at the solutions and then see the results after completion of the quiz.

After some more fiddling I found a solution:

In the HTML file I include <div class="answers"></div> in the score section, and in the file jsQuizEngine.js I insert

After some code cleaning and getting to know knockout I created a nicer solution and PR #3 solves this issue
