Use native Windows API to store passwords

Currently, the library only offers storing the (encrypted) passwords in a file. But Windows offers a system keychain:

As it allows to sync passwords across devices, this sounds very much like a pendant to the iCloud keychain to me.

It requires WinRT for development.
