X1 Carbon 12th Gen - Doesn't work to remap F10 and F11

This app doesn't seem to have any effect on 12th Gen X1 Carbon.

I try to remap F10, but it still opens snipping tool:

Tried to remap F11, it still opens a setup screen for Phone Link:

Unfortunately, that's not it. These keys are no longer tied to teams on this generation of the x1.
They seem to be intercepted at the driver (kernel)level, not even Windows recognizes the keypress, when I try to remap using power toys or autohotkey

I tried this process with the 2 Keys i want to remap (F10 and F11).

F10 turns out to be Ex_91
F11 doesn't show ANY logs in proc mon, and still opens the Phone Link setup window:

@csavalas after some moe investigation, it seems that F10 and F11 keys, in this generation, are controlled by some sort of Driver from Lenovo. The 2 keys invoke a file called TPOSD.EXE which then invokes hlp8.exe. hlp8.exe then launches with either ms-phone handler (f12) or the handler to launch the screen snippet, via direct Windows shell activation APIs.

I have tried replacing the hlp8.exe, but it is a driver protected file, and it's not that simple to tinker with
