Fine-tune LID model for transcribed human speech

Given sagor sarker's LID model trained on the LinCE twitter/X data, fine-tune it on the human speech in the bangor miami corpus.

The LID model works very well, so this is an optional improvement. Higher priority is the prompting and fine-tuning of the language model.
