Some tips for running "start_server.cmd"? Can't find a way to start the sever.

Hello,

I tried settings up the SO server but it gives me output like this (I tried it on both: cloned repo and on the release 1.4 version):

(Nie moPress any key to continue . . .)

I changed hosts (probably not required to run server .cmd properly)
included SO client files with resources.sor in bin directory but nothing changes.
I tried running it as admin, I tried it with installed python versions 2.7.14, 2.7.4 and the newest but nothing is working.
Someone has idea why it's not starting?

Looks like there may be an issue with your Python installation. What happens if you run python --version on the command line?
