Correct code status on API endpoints

We return incorrect status code on api endpoints. This might be a breaking change as golang client api generation uses the status code in its response

Fixing API Status Codes

• Explore API structure and OpenAPI specs
• Audit all API endpoints for incorrect status codes (106 endpoints reviewed)
• Fix status codes in all 5 mismatched files
• Commit and push changes

Found and fixed 5 mismatches — all mutation endpoints returning 200 instead of 202 as declared in the OpenAPI jsonnet specs:

All other endpoints (101 out of 106) were already correctly aligned with the specs.
