Please make dialog boxes stop preventing me from closing the window

Here is an example

I have this timeout message, I have to click OK or else I cannot do anything else.

There are other reasons why dialog windows like this appear that prevent all interactions with other windows and I find them quite annoying.

Is there an option so that at least the Close X button always works ?

I would be fine with printing the error message in the titlebar !
