Expected directory structure

Hi,
I am trying to run CAE model on our own dataset. Can you please let me know what is the expected folder structure for the training data? Should all tiles be merged into a single folder, or there should be some hierarchical structure?

Hello, it's been many years since I've run this code, but I think all the training images go into one directory.
