Rewrite to use wrapper classes

Rewrite the project so calls return wrapper classes, which make new for AsyncLocal obsolete.
This also allows a more structured usage, and have more clear extension-points.

Or move all functionality to Flurl(.Http), but this doesn't support some of the features here.
