segfault on exit in neural restore

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Describe the bug

darktable crashes on exit in line 4130 of src/libs/neural_restore.c if the module is hidden in the panels.

Steps to reproduce

1. start darktable
2. right click in the panel and uncheck the neural restore module
3. quit darktable

Expected behavior

not crash
