Test ARTEMIS on IPCI in Docker

• Test if package runs on IPCI within docker container

• Mees tried to install Docker on IPCI, this failed
• Need to think of work-arounds

just realized something, CRN got artemis run successfully in their CDM, which means i can ask them if they had used docker container for running or other ways? right?
