Add cancer cohorts to ARTEMIS

To test ARTEMIS in IPCI we need to create some cancer cohorts.

Notes / thoughts

• Run cohort diagnostics / PhenotypeR in IPCI so I understand my cancer cohorts
• What are the ARTEMIS test cohorts in loadCohorts()? Seems to be a lung cancer cohort .json file
• Can I run CD on these cohorts?
• Can I just make a DB connection using their cohorts --> yes but maybe wouldn't pick up much.

Use Multiple Myeloma cohorts -- this was already run on IPCI (therefore also has diagnostics) and was used to run Treatment Patterns so we can compare outputs.
