Rewrite miun.*.mk using the new include files

Some of the old miun.*.mk files were replaced with symbolic links to newer files. However, these files are now very far from the interfaces the old miun files provided. Thus the miun files should provide a "backwards compatible" interface to the new files.

These files will be short and can thus be included in one single file: `miun.port.mk.nw`.
